I agree with jj, we should ignore him after this. And we should write add some rules, if some1 order he/she should always have gc for that order and be able to take order anytime (when he is online).

Technically, we do have rules. If they dont have the money, they dont get the order. However, we are willing to hold on to the order for some reasonable amount of time. If they dont claim it after say 1 or 2 weeks, we keep it or use it for another order.
